The old store capped every search at 10,000 results. The new
front door owns its product data, uses Shopify only for checkout,
and lets AI read what a shopper means, never what they pay.

Checks every price against the catalogue in the US, UK and EU
Procurement used to run through the CEO’s inbox and a stack of
spreadsheets. Now software drafts stock moves between sites, AI
explains each one, and the warehouse manager approves in Slack.
When the accounting-connector subscription ran out mid-quarter,
Cem replaced it with a month-end close that reconciles from the
marketplace statements themselves.

Cem is the founder and CEO of Ecell Global / Head Case Designs, a
$5M+ licensed consumer-products business he has built and run since
2005, with production in China and the Philippines. Over the last
two years he has rebuilt its finance, procurement and storefront
around software and AI, with people approving the decisions that
matter.
A chemical engineer by training, he treats a workflow the way he
would treat a plant: document how it really runs, automate the steps
that follow rules, and keep judgment where it belongs. Delegait
brings that approach to other businesses.
2005Founded Ecell in the UK, selling phone accessories online before the iPhone.
2007Moved to Shenzhen to run procurement and logistics on the ground.
2011Built a print-on-demand factory in Shenzhen and launched Head Case Designs.
2013Opened a second production and fulfilment hub in the Philippines.
2024Began rebuilding the company’s operations with software and AI.
Lived and worked in the UK, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines,
Japan, Germany and the US. Based in Orlando, Florida.
